The latest FEC reports show an overwhelming trend: Democratic women are winning the fundraising race thanks to growing support for their campaigns.

Alison Lundergan Grimes raised $4.4 million, bested Mitch McConnell by $1.7 million andshattered the fundraising record for the state of Kentucky.” In Georgia Michelle Nunn pulled in $4.15 million in the third quarter, putting her in a strong position to take on David Perdue and his proud record of outsourcing. And in North Carolina Kay Hagan hauled in $4.9 million in third quarter.

And in House races, candidates Annie Kuster in New Hampshire and Aimee Belgard in New Jersey both brought in over half a million dollars in the last quarter alone.

It’s clear Democratic women candidates have the momentum heading into the final stretch.
